What happens when quadruplets of both sexes and different sexual orientations are reunited after being separated at birth?
Vice Ganda is shown as gay man and a lesbian who grows up in the care of their mother, portrayed by Maricel Soriano, and as a straight man and woman who are raised by their rich father, played by Joey Marquez.
A case of mistaken identity, when one of the siblings is caught for the other's supposed act of stealing, leads to the two pairs' reunion. But instead of rejoicing, the quadruplets bicker, apparently due to their different upbringings. It doesn't help that their parents have issues left to settle.
