Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual play good music together with love on their first movie together, The Breakup Playlist. The Breakup Playlist presents the story of Trixie (Sarah Geronimo) and Gino (Piolo Pascual), musicians who will fall in love with each other. Will they be able to hold on to this love forever? Or will it, just like any song, end eventually?
Sarah Geronimo said on the bloggers conference that sometimes she has a hard time looking to the eyes of Piolo because she was mesmerized by the presence of his leading man and Piolo on the other hand said that he really prepares well for his role as a musician and a band member because the film will revolve around a love story bounded by music and he will be working as well with one of the country's music royalty her leading lady, Sarah.
On question on what audience will get after watching the film Sarah says that the movie will shows us the importance of forgiveness in any aspect in our lives. Personally, aside from the exiting team up of Piolo and Sarah in this film, what makes this film more exiting are one of the writer of the film is Antoinette Jadaone whose gave us That Thing Called Tadhana and the director of the film is Dan Villegas whose gave us English Only Please.
Aside from the catchy theme song of the film "Panno Ba ang Magmahal" there are so many reasons to watch this film and more of this can be seen on the video coverage of My Movie World at the Bloggers Conference of The Breakup Playlist
On the 2nd Bloggers Conference Piolo gave advice about love to his son Inigo and writer Antoinette shares on how she write the story for The Breakup Playlist, more of this can be watch below:
