Movie Review: Happy Death Day

A teenage girl, trying to enjoy her birthday, soon realizes that this is her final one. That is, if she can figure out who her killer is. She must relive that day, over and over again, dying in a different way each time. Can she solve her own murder?

I had fun watching this different kind of suspense flick. Definitely enjoyed the performance from Jessica Rothe and Israel Broussard. It succeeds far more as a Jessica Rothe driving force of charm and wit. A refreshing piece of light horror comedy. They did a great job of not being monotonous and pushing the story line forward. Had a decent twist, its not gonna make you fall put of your chair but it was good enough. Overall if your a fan of the genre it worth a watch.

My Verdict: 4/5
