I'm Ellenya L is about Ellenya Lakampati, whose just like any millenial, she exemplifies every stereotype of her generation. Her whole lifestyle revolves around social media and trying to be famous. Ellenya lives with her loving and supporting father, Daddy Toots who is a musician, and her conservative and traditional grandmother, Lola Madz. Ellenya's best friend, Peng (Inigo), lives next door. He's a talented photographer who is wary of the image she portrays online. Ellenya's action online are patterned and she discovers that Sue is assisted by star maker and infuencer Kyle Quintos. One day, she luckily meets Kyle at her job. Ellenya trie s to convince Kyle that she is a big time vlogger. Although Kyle see through her act, her persistence garners Kyle to give her a shot. All she needs to do is to produce a huge amount of online views in a week. Together with Peng and Daddy Toots, they focus on making content. Kyle also offers Ellenya a shot at a huge event. Eventually, Ellenya goes viral for a wrong reason.

Adela is an experienced call girl who aspires to become a high-end prostitute. Ram is a wait listed seaman who ventures into prostitution to earn money for his family.

It is love at first sound when they meet. They're having a boring sex with their respective clients in adjacent motel rooms, until they hear each other's sexy moan which ultimately help them reach their orgasm. Ram later on finds out how skilled Adela is. He then convinces her to teach him the ways of a hustler sex worker in exchange of  a fee.

They start a mentor-mentee relationship which slowly turns into an odd romance. They become cuddle partners which means that at the end of every night of countless fucking, they can always count on each other's hug to comfort their overused and underloved bodies to sleep.

But as their connection deepens, both Adela and Ram start to doubt their capacity to start and maintain a serious relationship. Having seen too much loveless relationship, both have become too good a prostitute to believe that happiness can come without a price.

Rica (50s), after working abroad comes home to stay with her ageing mother until she finds new work. She is disappointed to discover that all past years of sending money to the Philippines to repair their old home amounted to nothing. It looks the same way as she left it years ago. Her son, Vincent (18), is finishing college and needs to focus on his studies so Rica takes over to be a caregiver to her mom, Choleng (85). Taking care of her stubborn elderly mother is a nightmare. She never thought that it can be so difficult. Choleng complains about everything and treats Rica like a child which she really despised. Afternoons are spent on prayer meetings and evenings on more praying. Rica realizes that her mother's difficult behavior is caused by her impaired hearing. With the help of their prayer meeting group they pitched in to buy her a hearing aid that she refuses to use. It reaches a point that Rica and Choleng start fighting. Rica blames her mother for her futile sacrifice of working abroad. Rica decides to accept an offer to work abroad again. Choleng requests for her not to leave anymore. Rica thinks otherwise. In the end, Rica learns what Choleng has done all the years that she was working abroad.
