Movie Review: Saka Saka

Saka-Saka” refers to kept hitmen by moneyed politicians who live in the remote areas of the province. Their main source of livelihood is farming. They descend the mountains when tasked to kill prominent targets assigned to them. A tale of two brothers turned killers for hire after the death of their parents.

A digitally made templated pinoy action flick. If you miss watching pinoy action films, watch this. As it has all the elements of the typical pinoy action film. From the story, to treatment, screenplay,acting, up to sexy leading lady. The only new here are the new breeed of actors that maybe launched as the new action stars Ejay Falcon and Joseph Marco. The film got a typical story about revenge, poverty, gunmen and politics.

In fairness to Ejay Falcon ang laki ng improvement niya sa acting from the time that he starts in showbiz. Bagay din sa kanya na matype cast for this kind of genre dahil sa body built niya and the range of his acting capability. For Joseph Marco, all I can say for him in this film is his prominent ABS. Infairness na appreciate ko ng bongga bongga yng abs niya dito. Though he acts well here much better in his acting in Saturday Night Chills. So I did not expect to much on the film as I predict the quality of action flick that it will deliver, very 90's and old school. Para sa mga bruskong kalalakihan dyan para sa inyo ang pelikulang ito.
