The PMPC Star Awards, Inc. is all set to roll out the red carpet for the 37th Star Awards for Television, happening on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the elegant VS Hotel Convention Center, EDSA, Quezon City.

The awards night continues its tradition of honoring excellence in Philippine television while showcasing the artistry, creativity, and glamour that define the industry, organized by the pioneer entertainment media group in the country.

“We're all set for the 37th Star Awards for Television, and we are excited to celebrate the men and women, the TV shows, and the memorable moments of TV programming in 2023. In spite of the challenges we faced in mounting this event, we’re blessed to have pulled it through. As always, the Star Awards will not only honor excellence in television but also showcase glitz, glamour, and excitement,” said PMPC Star Awards, Inc. President Mell T. Navarro.

Headlining the star-studded lineup of hosts are the King of Talk Boy Abunda and Concert Queen Pops Fernandez, icons whose names alone signify both credibility and charisma. They will be joined by Elijah Canlas, Gela Atayde, and Robi Domingo, bringing together seasoned experience and youthful energy that promise to keep audiences engaged throughout the night.

The evening’s program is set to dazzle with standout performances, including a high-energy number by Pinoy Big Brother alumni Jarren Garcia and Kai Montinola with rising PPop group One Verse, celebrating the vibrancy of today’s Filipino youth.

Power couple Jessa Zaragoza and Dingdong Avanzado, together with acclaimed singer Christian Bautista, will deliver a heartfelt medley honoring industry pillars Caridad Sanchez, Ariel Ureta, Geleen Eugenio, Malou Choa-Fagar, and Angelique Lazo, who will each receive the Lifetime Achievement Award. This emotional segment underscores PMPC’s mission to pay homage to those whose lasting contributions have shaped Philippine television.

Adding a modern edge, pop-rock band InnerVoices will fire up the stage with their signature sound, while Jed Madela will bring the evening to a stirring close with a grand finale performance.

The 37th Star Awards for Television also marks a milestone partnership with BingoPlus, the country’s leading PAGCOR-licensed e-gaming platform, as Presenter. The collaboration not only highlights PMPC’s commitment to keeping the television industry vibrant but also supports BingoPlus’ advocacy of promoting artistry, creativity, and innovation across entertainment and digital platforms.

Equally vital is the generosity and hospitality of VS Hotel Convention Center, whose support helped make the event possible. With its vision of creating unique lifestyle experiences, the hotel perfectly complements PMPC’s enduring dedication to artistry, creativity, and cultural celebration.

Under the direction of Vivian Poblete Blancaflor, with stage design by Rico Ancheta, the event promises another unforgettable evening for the PMPC Star Awards for Television.

As PMPC looks back on more than three decades of recognizing the very best in Philippine television, the 37th Star Awards for Television promises a night of recognition, excitement, and heartfelt tributes—celebrating not just the industry’s past, but also its bright and promising future.
