Star Cinema brings together three of the country's finest dramatic actors Dingdong Dantes, Paulo Avelino, Angelica Panganiban in thought-provoking drama title The Unmarried Wife. The main narrative is centered on Anne (Panganiban)-a young woman who carries severe inhibition love due to a traumatic childhood experience. Her reservations on falling in love are wiped away after finding here great love in person of Geoff (Dantes) However, her blissful relationship with her husband is short-lived because of Geoff's infidelities. As she struggles to fight for her family, her friend Bryan (Avelino) offers to heal emotional wounds with the promise of being the lover that she truly deserves.

Delos Reyes. This is the third time to work with Angelica in a film and he is grateful to work again with her who excel on both drama and comedy genre. Dingdong Dantes returns to Star Cinema for the fourth time via The Unmarried Wife. His very first starred under Star Cinema was the 2011 horror flick Segunda Mano, where he also paired opposite Angelica. The Unmarried Wife is his reunion project with Angelica after the 2012 smash hit One More Try. Dingdong was able to solidify his mettle as dramatic actor as seen in the various awards that he received after starring in the movies that he did for Star Cinema.
The Unmarried Wife also marks the debut film performance of Paulo Avelino for drama under Star Cinema that recently wowed Filipinos around the world with his impressive performance on Star Creatives' I-Emmy nomination for the prime time series Bridge of Love
