In partnership with the Japan Foundation and the Sinag Arts Foundation, the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) offers an advanced workshop on Lighting Design and Video Projection for Stage to be facilitated by Tsuguo Izumi, a Japanese stage lighting designer mainly focusing on stage plays.
Izumi is a pioneer in incorporating media
server-driven projection in lighting design. He is also a member of PR
Committee of Japan Association of Lighting Engineers & Designers (JALED), a
member of studioTED and affiliated to Rise Co. Ltd. He is currently in the
country for ‘The Tempest Reimagined’, a co-production between PETA and the British
Council, as the lighting designer.
The 2-day workshop session will include the

All workshop sessions will include lectures, demos, hands-on training and open
discussions. It will be on November 5 and 6 at the PETA Theater Center with a fee of
