unlikely team of losers to join her in the ultimate battle for the
streets: patintero.
Patintero Ang Alamat ni Meng Patalo does feel light enough to be carried away with its charm and children cast. The film has a fun with the fizzing feel-good factor and the cast that generates the laughs. It has a cheerfully cheesy and young vibe that stays with you even after the end credits. The most enjoyable and child friendly film to watch in this festival.
