Movie Review: I Love You To Death

A young woman makes a birthday wish to find a man to love her. The wish comes true, but with strange, unexpected consequences.

Uneven but charming. I Love You To Death stick with the trademark of Regal Films' brand of humor and scare. Despite of its uneven pacing, the film delivers to its intention to make us laugh. With the comedic prowess of Kiray joined forced by the bubbly supporting cast, the film able to convey its entertainment value. Michelle Vito shines in the film with her mean girl acting antics. The film is a mash up of all the usual elements of local comedy and horror film that Filipinos would like to see. It feels like watching a light horror comedy episode of Shake Rattle and Roll, but appreciated the film's effort to enhanced what we usually see on a traditional local flick.

My Verdict:  3/5
