Raketeros shares the adventures and misadventures of a number of
middle-aged men friends–-Berto (Herbert Bautista), the cable guy; Mando
(Dennis Padilla), the driver; Mulong (Long Mejia), the billiards player;
Julio (Ogie Alcasid), the all-around singer; at Andoy (Andrew) the
‘religious.’ The five collected to do easy of providing an costly down
to their rich buddy's mansion. However, a sequence of very funny
incidents places them and their process in danger.
I was entertained watching the film even if
the conflict of the story was not resolve. Naaliw ako sa character ni Ogie as a
singer na lahat ay dinadaan sa kanta. Long Mejia was also funny in the film. So
medyo makalumang approach ng comedy ang ginamit dito sa film na ito but still
effective para patawanin ang mga tao. It also refreshing na still we can watch
this old style of comedy that we used to watch to. So matutuwa ang mga fans ni
Andrew E at ng sitcom na Kool Ka Lang in watching this film. Nagustuhan ko din
yung segment nina Janice and Cherry Pie sa movie that was so funny. You may try
watching this film if you already miss the old school comedy in 90’s that we
have before.
