I watched the premiere night of the movie. This is an experimental film that tackles about friendhsip of two individual, Maxene and Lauren Young. Lauren is battered child and Maxene is always there for her to comfort and protect her against her abusive father. So like ng review ko sa Aberya , maganda sana yung content ng movie pero ibang style ang ginamit ng director sa paglahad ng kwento. Ibat ibang technique actually, may commercial, documentary style, operatic ganun. Though may mga magaganda silang eksena na nakakatawa talaga pero dahil sa ibat ibang style na ginamit kaya nasayang.
So isang malaking aliw factor sa movie for me si Ramon Bautista and favorite scene ko yung video call scene ni Lauren and Elmo, that was a funny scene really. So madaming magagandang shots sa movie na parang commercial yung dating but yun nga nag fail siya for me to form as a movie. Masyadong naging experimental yung dating nung treatment ng director sa movie. So I kinda feel dissappointed about the film.
