Movie Review: Signal Rock

Intoy, a carefree no-hoper in a small town, decides to help his sister in Finland win a child custody battle. He begins to involve the townspeople, faking legal documents and setting up false endorsements to prove his sister’s financial capacity. In the process he discovers deeper insights about this town that continues to lose more of its young women seeking greener pastures.

Signal Rock is just another masterpice from the Chito S. Roño.  Unique story, brilliant screenplay and wonderful performances. Christian Bables will surely nod acting awards for his performance in this film. It's been a while that I've seen an insightful small town community film that make us more grounded and appreciate what we have in our life. The film has full of surprises and
engaging scenes that will make you hook following the story of Intoy. A must watch on Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2018.

My Verdict:  4.5/5
