After enjoying critical raves in notable pieces like Akin Ka Lang, Alam Ko Naman, Natatangi, and more, singer-songwriter Frizzle Anne is expected to sizzle anew with her newest pop record, ANLALA!
Published under OC Records, Frizzle Anne’s latest offering unveils a narrative centered upon the intense experience surrounding the notion of being enamored of one special someone— blisteringly captivated by the charm which seemingly generates a willingness to settle for a bare minimum.
ANLALA!’s core presents a plot structured to share what it’s like going through one complex process of being in love— a tuneful representation covering various stirring emotions caused by the realization that one is willing to settle for less— in the name of enchantment.
“Ever experienced being led on by someone you’re head-over-heels for, that you’re willing to pick up & settle for just the crumbs? “ANLALA!” tells a story of going through the process and/or after-effects of that ordeal,” Frizzle Anne shares.
Apart from its striking tale, this artistic piece also features an equally astounding work of Choi Padilla, who structured the sonic arrangement of the track, and Thyro Alfaro, who spearheaded its vocal production and pitched in the supporting vocals of the song alongside Alyssa Janine Cruz and Frizzle Anne herself. Lastly, Hazel Pascua, who mixed and mastered the record.
Such collaboration of creatives presents a euphonic blend of Pop, RnB, and Soul tunes — stellarly giving off modish upbeat, groovy, and chill vibrations.
“The sound design and songwriting set this track apart from what we hear online and on the radio. At the same time, the quality level of production is indicative of how much time and creativity were put into the song,” Frizzle Anne states as she talks about the distinct quality of this newest pop record.
Earnestly crafted as part of the artist’s journey in Philpop Digital Boot Camp, ANLALA! was developed with the intent to express a collective relatable experience that brings light to the maker’s authentic visualizations.
This latest release parades her “most modern-sounding” record in her discography.
“I just hope this song comes in handy for when my listeners need a tune to pump up their day,” Frizzle Anne states.
You can now stream ANLALA! on digital streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and more starting March 3,Friday.
