Movie Review: Quezon's Game

The film revolves on the hidden chapter of Quezon’s life. It explores the time when he, together with his comrades, rescued Jewish refugees from the ghettos of Germany and Austria in 1938.

What seems within their power at first, turns out to be fraught with astronomical obstacles. On top of this, Quezon must battle a relapse of tuberculosis. In his final days, before recollecting one of the least known but most uplifting stories in Philippine history, Quezon asks the question: "Could I have done more?"

Movie Review: Finding You

Finding You tells of a person's search for “the one” - not knowing it won’t turn out the way he expects it to be.

Social media journalist NEL (Jerome Ponce) has a rare condition called “hyperthymesia”. The opposite of amnesia, he remembers every detail of every moment he has encountered.

As much it’s a blessing, this condition serves as a curse for Nel when it comes to matters of the heart. Coming from series of failed relationships, he never forgets all the painful experience he had.

Movie Review: Banal

Banal is a film about a group of young mountain adventurers who got lost in the dense forest.  As the story unfolds strange things happen that lead them to an adventure that they never expect.
