The 3rd TOFARM Film Festival with this year's theme: A Tribute to Life will run from September 12-18 2018 at SM Megamall, SM Manila, Robinsons Galleria, Trinoma, Greenbelt 1 and Gateway. There will be provincial screenings at Gaisano Davao and Robinsons Legaspi and Robinsons Naga will only show 1957, one of the film entry that entirely shot in Iriga.
The six official entries are:
1. Alimuom - a futuristic sci-fi flick written and directed by Keith Sicat
2. Sol Searching - a dark comedy written and directed by Roman Perez Jr.
3. Mga Anak ng Kamote - a future flick directed by Carlo Enciso Catu
4. Tanabata's Wife - a cross-cultural romance directed by Charlson Ong and Lito Casaje
5. 1957 - a historical drama shot entirely in Iriga written and directed by Hubert Tibi
6. Kauyagan - shot in Mindanao written and directed by Julienne Ilagan
The festival opens with the special screening of Magnifico, made in honor of the deceased festival head of the first two editions of TOFARM Film Festival, Maryo J. Delos Reyes. The opening ceremony will be on September 10, 2018 at Novotel Manila, Araneta Center and awards night will be held on the evening of September 15 2018 at Makati Shang-rila.
Awards for the Feature Films and the Best Short Films (also collectively to be known as the Direk Maryo Awards), will be given out by a jury composed of

Some of the stars part of TOFARM Film Festival 2018 are Pokwang and Joey Maquez for the film Sol Searching, Katrina Halili, Alex Medina, Carl Guevara, and Kiko Matos for the film Mga Anak ng Kamote, Ina Feleo, Epy Quizon and Mon Confiado for the film Alimuom and Ronwaldo Martin (younger brother of Coco Martin) for the film 1957.
