Movie Review: Abay Babes

Many years after high school, Emerald, Ruby, Perla, and Goldie (considered the Bicol “It Girls” of their batch) are reunited for the latter’s upcoming wedding. Joining them is Jade, Goldie’s friend from America. Everyone is excited about this get-together, but somehow, Goldie’s friends are finding it hard to believe that she is going to be the first to fulfill their dream of getting married, considering that she is the least attractive among them.

Abay Babes is totally an engaging film flaunting the beautiful faces and sexy body of Cristine Reyes, Nathalie Hart, Roxanne Barcelo, Meg Imperial and Kylie Verzosa. All of the five girls have their own shining moment proving that they are not only pleasant to watch but can also entertain people thru their comedy prowess on this film. Roxanne Barcelo who stood out on this film will truly make you laugh as a hopeless romantic bride to be that value her friends so much. Abay Babes is also a fun road trip film that showcase the picturesque awesome places in Bicol. So if you just want to  relax, enjoy and see beautiful faces and places together, Abay Babes is a good catch.

My Verdict:  3.5/5
