Fresh off a string of exciting projects, Arci Muñoz remains one of the busiest and most versatile stars in the industry today. During an intimate press conference, the actress, singer, host, entrepreneur, and self-confessed BTS ARMY opened up about the projects keeping her occupied, from sharing the screen with South Korean superstar Ji Chang Wook in Kumusta to making her television comeback in Coco Martin's highly anticipated series Sigabo.
One of Arci's most memorable projects this year was Kumusta, a reality series that gave her the rare opportunity to work alongside one of her longtime idols, Ji Chang Wook.
The actress admitted that while filming the series, she couldn't help but feel "kilig" whenever she was around the Korean actor. However, she reminded herself to remain professional throughout the shoot despite being a fan.
What impressed her the most wasn't just Ji Chang Wook's star power, but his humility and kindness. According to Arci, the Korean actor even followed the cast on Instagram after filming, a gesture she deeply appreciated.
Beyond meeting her idol, Kumusta also allowed Arci to showcase another side of herself—her passion for cooking. During the series, she introduced her own original recipe, Kimchigang, a fusion of Korea's iconic kimchi and the Filipino favorite sinigang, reflecting her love for both cultures.
After Kumusta, Arci is equally grateful to return to television through Coco Martin's action-drama series Sigabo.
In the series, she plays the sister of Julia Montes' character and portrays a police officer. Arci shared that working with Julia felt natural because she treats the actress like a younger sister off-camera. She also praised Julia's professionalism, saying she consistently delivers on set and easily matches the demanding standards expected from the production.
Arci also addressed the conversations surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in Sigabo. For her, AI should not be viewed negatively when used responsibly.
She explained that AI is simply another filmmaking tool used to enhance visual effects and computer-generated imagery, stressing that it shouldn't be blown out of proportion as long as it serves the story and complements the production.

Outside of acting, Arci continues to embrace her fangirl side.
A proud BTS ARMY, she shared that despite already watching BTS perform in South Korea with her mother, she still flew to Madrid to experience another concert. She even had a memorable encounter with one of the BTS members, proving that her admiration for the global superstars has remained genuine since day one.
Arci is also currently seen every weekend as one of the hosts of The Singing Lodi alongside Empoy. The program has taken them across the country—from Luzon to Mindanao—in search of talented singers.
She described the experience as more than just hosting a singing competition. For her, it has also become a travel adventure, allowing her to explore different provinces while meeting inspiring Filipinos from all walks of life.
Beyond showbiz, Arci continues to expand her ventures as an entrepreneur.
She manages her restaurant business, recently launched her beauty brand Blumii, and is also a co-owner of the streaming platform NMD Plus together with director Njel De Mesa.
On a more personal note, Arci recently reconnected with her Spanish heritage by successfully obtaining a Spanish passport. The milestone has given her the opportunity to reconnect with relatives abroad, including her aunts, making the journey a meaningful way of rediscovering her roots.
Whether she's acting, hosting, singing, running businesses, or simply living out her dreams as a devoted BTS fan, Arci Muñoz continues to prove that passion and hard work can go hand in hand. And with Sigabo, The Singing Lodi, and more projects already lined up, she shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
