In “Lady Guard”, a woman engages in dubious dealings in hopes of a better life, only for circumstances to turn against her.
Directed by Bobby Bonifacio Jr., the story is about the confident but kindhearted Estelle (Angela Morena), a lady guard assigned at a dropshipping warehouse. Hidden beneath her facade is a tough truth: she is involved in illegal activities.
Estelle helps warehouse supervisor Janus (Anthony Davao) operate an underground gambling ring in the warehouse after work hours. She also receives sexual and financial favors while keeping everything running smoothly.
Enter Meryl (Irish Tan), the newly-hired warehouse guard. The naive Meryl is shocked upon discovering what Estelle and Janus are up to. To ensure her silence, Estelle persuades Meryl to join, tempting her with all the benefits that await her. Meryl, who grew up poor, eventually agrees.
Meryl is soon blinded by her desire for more personal gain, so she betrays Estelle, leading to her dismissal. However, it isn’t over yet for Estelle as she is not one to easily back down. Who is better at playing tricks? Only one can win the game between the two lady guards and it’s bound to be dirty. Watch how it all goes down on May 3.
Then, three aspiring screenwriters will play the part of a seductress in “Kulong”, directed by Sigrid Polon. Starring Jenn Rosa as Minerva, Cariz Manzano as Tisay, and Aica Veloso as Love.
To avoid distractions, the three friends go on a lock-in writing session in a private resort. They soon realize, however, that solitude is not what they need to write that winning piece. They need experience. Problem is, they’re all pretty much clueless about sex right now. Minerva and Tisay have been single for years, while Love is still a virgin.
To get the sexperience and be inspired, Tisay suggests they find someone to sleep with. Boie, the attractive caretaker of the resort played by JD Aguas, is their target. They even turn it into a bet – that whoever succeeds in seducing him, wins.
As each girl makes their move on Boie, two hot guys also come into the picture: Jelon, a delivery rider played by Ralph Engle, and Rom, a water delivery boy played by Ghion Espinosa. And both are more than willing to be captured by the flirtatious girls.
Don’t miss “Kulong”, streaming on May 24, 2024, and find out if the men’s performances in bed are good enough to help Minerva, Tisay, and Aica write their great, sexy screenplay.
