Just like the famous lechon that can lead to heart attack when too much of it is eaten, there’s a kind of lust that can lead to heartache, and even a tragic end, when taken to the extreme.
In “Litsoneras”, a Vivamax film by Roman Perez, Jr., Yen Durano, Jamilla Obispo, and Joko Diaz are the Torres family who owns the biggest lechon business in their town. But behind their success is a huge scandal.
18-year-old Elria (Yen Durano) catches her mother Minerva (Jamilla Obispo) having sex with Jonas (Victor Relosa), a man almost half her age. She wastes no time in confronting Minerva, and finds out that this has already been going on for a long time. Minerva and Jonas are not just fooling around, but are actually in a relationship.
Eloy (Joko Diaz), Elria’s father, is so devastated by this revelation that he totally neglects their business. Jonas takes advantage of this. He takes over the litsunan, and although he is just 21 years of age, he starts acting like Elria’s father.
Meanwhile, Elria won’t be just sit back and watch Jonas take control of everything. She plans a dark scheme to break Minerva and Jonas’ relationship. Will she succeed? Or will she get roasted by the flame of temptation?
All the actors portray meaty roles in “Litsoneras”, and as their story unfolds, you’ll find that there are reasons behind their actions. And the outcome of their actions will stir your emotions.
“Litsoneras” is available for streaming on July 28, 2023.
