Movie Review: Balut Country

Jun, an heir to the duck farm left to him by his late father, must decide between selling the property to secure a future with his partner, or sparing the family of the land’s loyal caretakers of inevitable displacement.

A heart warming film about going to real home and embracing one's origin. The film shows the understated study of life of duck breeders in the province and how this industry affects someone that is looking for his purpose in life.
I appreciate the symbolic elements in the film and the ending that will surely touch your heart.
This movie is lighthearted and pleasant to watch with your family.

My Verdict: 3/5
