My Future You, MMFF 2024 Entry Gets "G" Rating By The MTRCB

 

"My Future You" is an exciting addition to this year's Metro Manila Film Festival, featuring the popular new generation love team of Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin, collectively known as "Franseth." Their chemistry and youthful energy are anticipated to captivate audiences, making this film a must-watch during the festival. The film is directed by Crisanto B. Aquino and produced by Regal Entertainment.

At the media launch of My Future You, Director Crisanto, Francine and Seth expressed their excitement about achieving a G Rating for "My Future You," highlighting that it reflects the film's family-friendly content and positive messages. They emphasized the importance of creating a movie that can be enjoyed by audiences of all ages, and he hopes it resonates with viewers for its uplifting themes and relatable characters.

Director Crisanto says "Good news yun grabe, ibig sabihin lahat welcome, lahat pedeng manood, buong pamilya pedeng manood at pumasok ng sinehan, sobra siyang advantage ng pelikula."

Seth Fedelin added "Parang naramdaman ko iyong pagkabata, kasi dati sobra din akong fan ng MMFF nung hind pa po ako artista, hindi kumpleto ang pasko namin pag hindi kami nanonood sa sinehan, tapos mamimili po kami ng pwedeng panoorin, pag may napili kami tapos sabi ng parents ko na bawal yan kasi R ganyan, R Rating, so sabi namin ay sayang, so doon kami sa rated G, so nung nalaman namin na Rated G kami, ne excite kami dahil buong pamilya ang makakapanood, bilang isang nanay gusto mo makasama manood mga anak mo at mapasaya, so itong movie namin pasok talaga para sa buong pamilya"

And for Francine "Ako po, same kami ni Direk, good news po iyon, kasi first film namin ito together, tapos napasama sa MMFF this year, tapos for everyone pa, kaya talagang another sign na naman for him na iyong pinagpaguran mo at pinaglaanan mo ng pagmamahal, pwede nyo nang iparanas sa iba, pwede nilang maramdaman iyong love ngayong pasko, kasi iyon naman talaga ang importante tuwing pasko, kaya noong nalaman namin na Rated G kami, ang saya kasi, kahit sino pede mo yayain manood sa sinehan, pwedeng kiligin kayo, maiyak, tumawa, kaya its really a great news and a blessing."
