Movie Review: Paddington

A young Peruvian bear with a passion for all things British travels to London in search of a home. Finding himself lost and alone at Paddington Station, he begins to realize that city life is not all he had imagined - until he meets the kindly Brown family, who read the label around his neck ('Please look after this bear. Thank you.') and offer him a temporary haven. It looks as though his luck has changed until this rarest of bears catches the eye of a museum taxidermist.

Paddington released in the Philippines features the voice of one of the hottest leading man in his generation, Xian Lim. I've been able to to watch this film by the block screening of KATG, loyal supporters of Xian Lim. I can't recall how many times I laugh inside the cinema while watching this film. Watching this film is really an anti stress activity that you feel relived after watching. I also did not notice that voice of Xian in this film as he makes his own voice characterization for Paddington. Everything about this movie is fun and entertaining. It's the kind of family film that shows everyone a good time, regardless of age. For sure the kids will enjoy watching this. Paddington is absolutely, positively delightful.

My Verdict: 4/5
