Movie Review: Basement

A group of people gets stuck in a basement parking for the night. At the onset, some are irritated and just can’t wait to go home, while some don’t even give a damn, knowing they can easily come out the next day. But when the power is shut off and as it gets close to midnight, strange things start to happen.

The Valentine horror treats of GMA Films and Reality entertainment. An alternative film to watch this valentine if you would like to feel the goose bumps and if you are fan of a horror suspense flick. The film got a star studded casts of pool of  talents of GMA artists center and alumni of Starstruck. This is not the best horror film of Topel Lee but this is decently done. The horror and suspense element of the film was there and some of the scenes will catch your breath away. Betong is the scene stealer in this film due to his comedic timing. The legs and body of Ellen Adarna is also something to watch out in this film. Mababa lang yung plot and conflict ng film though na expand naman nila ng maayos. This is not your typical horror flick dahil medyo nag experiment sila sa treatment though parang nagmukha lang siyang extended episode of Shake, Rattle and Roll. Medyo kinulang sa lalim ng story ang pelikula.
