My Verdict For CineFilipino Film Festival 2018

Alex lives in an impoverished area of informal settlers and works as a low-rent gun-for-hire. Upon finding out that he is to have a baby with his girlfriend, he makes a choice of doing one last hit before he leaves the life of crime for good.

A strange, fun and different kind of social commentary film that is faihtful to its form style and genre.

My Verdict: 3/5

Sari is the perfect stage wife to his method actor husband, until he gets the role of a lifetime and threatens to kill her ‘character.’

Good concept, unique plot and hilarious comedy.

My Verdict: 3.5/5

Few days after, she notices that the image has blood. She thinks it's a miracle. Then, a series of death occured in their parish/community as Claudia starts to change from being gentle to mysterious. Her "faith" leads her darkness.

Andres, a depressive motivational speaker and self-help author in his early 40’s flies to Korea for a book signing. Worn out from his usual routine, pressured to make it to the deadline of his next book, burdened by an event in his past, Andres sinks deeper and deeper into his melancholia and disillusionment.

A unique subtle love story with interesting premise and nice visuals. The stillness of film speaks so much for the story. The Incheon Airport that sets the mood and medium of the film was properly utilized.

My Verdict: 4/5

With its convincing production design, cinematography that capture
the dirt and beauty of Manila and superb cast that justify their character well,
Gusto Kita with All My Hyphotalamus is truly a love letter to Manila.

My Verdict: 4/5

With Sammy having severed his ties with his remaining family long ago, the now old, frail and dying Delia has to track them down.
