Prime Video has released the official trailer for LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines Season 2, offering a first look at the outrageous challenges, unexpected twists and laugh-out- loud moments coming to the hit comedy competition. Returning host Vice Ganda brings together 10 comedians under one roof for a six-hour test of comedic endurance, where the ultimate challenge is simple: make everyone else laugh without cracking a smile themselves. With cameras rolling and the clock ticking, the comedians must pull out every trick in their comedic arsenal to make their competitors break. From outrageous characters and perfectly timed punchlines to physical comedy, improvisation and unexpected antics, anything goes in the battle to keep a straight face. But with every laugh carrying consequences, even the smallest reaction could change the course of the game. As the hours wear on and the pressure builds, contestants will have to stay sharp, keep their composure and resist the temptation to laugh — even when the chaos unfolds right in front of them.

Returning to host the madness is Vice Ganda, whose quick wit and sharp commentary keep the competition moving as the comedians attempt to outmanoeuvre one another. With 10 distinct personalities sharing the same space, the result is a combustible mix of comedy styles, rivalries and unexpected alliances. This season brings together established and emerging talents from across television, live performance, stand-up and social media, including Long Mejia, Epy Quizon, Candy Pangilinan, Ethel Booba, Pooh, Donna Cariaga, Chariz Solomon, Esnyr, James Caraan and Charuth.
