ONE Ilocos Sur: Stars, Culture, and Community Unite at Ilocos Sur Festival 2026

The spirit of ONE Ilocos Sur came alive as Ilocos Sur Festival 2026 transformed the province into a vibrant celebration of unity, culture, and shared pride. For twelve unforgettable days, communities gathered not only to honor heritage and tradition but also to celebrate together through music, performances, and star-studded events that brought people from all walks of life into one collective experience.

The festival opened in grand fashion at Quirino Stadium in Bantay, where thousands witnessed a dazzling drone show and illuminated displays symbolizing provincial pride. Performances by Kai Montinola and Kyle Echarri energized the crowd, setting the tone for a celebration that blended faith, culture, and modern entertainment.

Throughout the festival, Ilocos Sur showcased its identity as a province rooted in tradition yet open to evolving forms of expression. Pop culture found its space through the Esports and Cosplay Competition, judged by cosplay icon Myrtle Sarrosa, drawing young creatives and fans who added a modern pulse to the festivities.

Dance and performance became symbols of unity during the Street Dance and Showdown Competition, where local talents shared the stage with guest performers Maris Racal and Paul Salas, highlighting how the festival bridges generations through art and performance.

Music remained at the heart of ONE Ilocos Sur. The Foam Fest: Run and Rave gathered thousands for a celebration of movement and fun, powered by an electrifying performance from Flow G, turning the event into a fusion of wellness, youth culture, and live entertainment.

Pageantry also reflected the festival’s message of inclusivity and pride. Luivie Bitongan of Candon City was crowned Ilocos Sur Pride Queen 2026, while Nathalie Clarin of Narvacan earned the title Miss Ilocos Sur 2026, celebrating confidence, culture, and representation across communities.

The celebration reached its grand finale during ONE Ilocos Sur Night, attended by more than 30,000 festivalgoers. Performances by Arthur NeryAdieYeng ConstantinoFitterKarma, and Earl Agustinturned the closing night into a massive shared concert experience, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display that symbolized gratitude, unity, and hope for the province’s future.

More than just a festival, Ilocos Sur Festival 2026 became a living expression of togetherness — where culture met contemporary entertainment, communities stood side by side, and every celebration echoed one message:

We are ONE Ilocos Sur.
