Movie Review: Block Z
Block Z revolves around pre-med students who encounter the death of a patient that exhibited symptons of rabies.
Soon, they face an even bigger problem as the patient comes back from the dead and infects the people on campus, causing a lackdown and trapping other students inside.
Will they be able to get out and survive? Will each of them run for his/her life or stay for the others?

Movie Review: Enter The Fat Dragon
Fallon Chu (Donnie Yen) is a Hong Kong Police Special Task Force
agent. An agile fighter with a high crime detection rate, he's
considered a role-model in the eye of both the police force as well as
the public. He gets assigned to a case of escorting a well known
criminal to Japan using his experiences and fighting capabilities to
keep it safe during the job. Unfortunately, things are not going well in
his private life as he has to deal with problems with his fiancee while
planning their wedding. After a series of mishaps between them, she
suddenly dumps him. Heartbroken he indulges himself in food to relieve
his state of shock and loneliness, and in three month' time his endless
intemperance turns him into a 300-pound being.

Movie Review: Nightshift
Set in a hospital morgue, the movie revolves around a pathologist’s assistant named Jessie who’s working on a straight shift one stormy night. She doesn’t believe in the afterlife, but she is suddenly creeped out by the strange sounds that seem to be coming from the cadavers. She cannot shake off the feeling that they seem to be coming back to life. As her fear intensifies, Jessie begins to ponder on the idea of the Final Judgment. And if indeed the day has come that people rise from the dead, she is tormented about meeting her own end.
Movie Review: D' Ninang
In D’Ninang, Ai-Ai portrays a pickpocket with a big heart. While it is apparent that her character is guilty of wrongdoing, Ninang extends help to her community, where she appears to be everybody’s godmother, thus they refer to her as Ninang. She is just like the female version of Robin Hood.
She also takes under her wing a couple of protégées, who are also pickpockets (Angel Guardian, Kiray Celis) but still guided by Ninang’s unconventional way of living. Her life then takes different twist when she finds here long-lost daughter Mikhai (Kisses Delavin), who decides to live with her.
However, her daughter is unaware of her mom’s illegal business. The irony of it it is that her daughter wants to pursue a career to punish crooks. With their love for each other prevail when the mother and her daughter learn more about each other, including their flaws?

Movie Review: Mia
Mia is a romantic comedy film about a doctor Mia Salazar (Garcia) and a nerdy forester Jay Policarpio (Guzman). Jay, who transforms mined-out land into rainforests, pursues the self-destructive alcoholic, Mia, who recently joined the government’s Doctor To The Barrios program to heal from the tragedy of her fiance’s death. Showing that conflict sometimes belies an undercurrent of passion, Mia and Jay’s occasional clashes soon create compelling chemistry between them.
