Movie Review: General Admission

General Admission  follows Katja (Jasmin Curtis-Smith), a member of the sexy dance group who has a wardrobe malfunction on a noontime show.

She and her boyfriend Carlito (JC de Vera) find themselves at the center of a media circus that eventually results in a brutal and very public murder.

General Admission is not your typical Filipino film but genuinely shows how Filipino reacts to scandal, humors and controversies. Anchored by good performance by Jasmin Curtis Smith and JC De Vera that as always a dependeble actress and actor, the film has been able to deliver a black comedy that is faithful to its concept and out of the box material. General Admission is a decent attempt of giving something new to the Filipino audience and at the same time entertaining.

My Verdict: 3.5/5
