Movie Review: Can't Help Falling In Love

Gab is a "close to perfect girl" who's already set to wed her long-time boyfriend Jayson (Matteo Guidicelli). But her world suddenly turned upside down when she discovers that she is already married - but to a total stranger named Dos!

As she figures out with Dos how this unlikely incident happened between them, Gab starts breaking her own rules to survive their crazily confusing situation. But with the changes in her well-planned life seems to come a change of heart as well. Oh no! Will she walk down the aisle towards her long-time lover, or will she take the plunge with a perfect stranger?

Sweet, charming, and fun, Can't Help Falling In Love is a beautiful love story filled with interesting and relatable characters, building on the chemistry between Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. Both Daniel and Kathryn loosen up for this film. It's an enjoyable film to watch to that you will feel good after watching this. Daniel Padilla is a real charmer that shows his light side in this film while Kathryn on the other hand shows that she is both good in drama and comedy for this film. One of my favorite scene of Kathryn in which I really felt her is her confrontation scene with Matteo Guidicelli. I also enjoyed the performance of the supporting cast from hilarious Cherry Pie Picache up to Kristel Fulgar and multiple cameos. The ending of the film will surely be enjoyed by the fans of KathNiel as it is their first time to do it. The film is also a sweet realization on getting married and what it takes to find a partner in life. With its full of humor, romance, vibes and setting, Can't Help Falling In Love is a perfect romantic comedy movie to watch this summer.

My Verdict: 3.5/5
