Catch the deadly game early in select cinemas from March 20–22 ahead of the film’s nationwide release on March 25.
Surviving the first game was only the beginning for Grace in “Ready or Not” (2019). Now the deadly game begins again— and this time, she’s not alone. With her estranged sister, Faith, by her side, the stakes are higher than ever. Will they make it out alive?
“Ready or Not” ended with Grace bloodied but alive after surviving the Le Domas family’s twisted game. But the nightmare isn’t over as four rival, power-hungry families are now hunting her and her sister for the throne that rules them all. It’s double or nothing as Grace fights to survive, protect her sister, and claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world.

Instead of seeing the first movie’s ending as an endpoint, directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett rather saw it as a challenge. From the very beginning, the idea was not to be precious about anything,” says Bettinelli-Olpin.
“The first movie ended definitively, and that gave us permission, and freedom, to go bigger, bloodier, and wilder.” With Gillett adding that the sequel isn’t escalation for its own sake — it’s escalation with conviction. “We know this world, and now we stretch it in every direction,” he says.
