Movie Review: I Fell, It's Fine

When an otherworldly woman named Chicks (Rhian Ramos) arrives at a quiet wellness resort, the life of a guarded and still legally married Anne (Glaiza De Castro) begins to shift in ways she cannot fully explain. What starts as an unexpected encounter धीरे slowly turns into something deeper, as Anne learns that healing is not always about staying strong—it is about finding the courage to feel again.

This GL film had me smiling all throughout—cute, fun, and super kilig. Rhian Ramos and Glaiza De Castro’s natural chemistry is effortless, and they both truly shine in their roles. The film shows that love between two women can exist and grow just as naturally as any other love story. It never feels forced—instead, it plays out like a genuine romantic comedy with two leads who make you believe that love can take any form.

What makes the film even more engaging is how the story is told. It leaves space for the audience to interpret things in their own way. There is a good balance between fantasy and reality, and it is up to you how you choose to understand it. That blend makes the film feel like a refreshing fairytale journey wrapped in a rom-com setting.

You can really feel the natural humor and banter between Rhian and Glaiza, which adds to the film’s charm. Rhian shines with her natural charm and lightness, while Glaiza brings depth and sincerity to her performance. Together, they create a dynamic that feels both comfortable and captivating.

The supporting cast also delivers notable performances, including Rafael Rosell, Elizabeth Oropesa, Queenay Mercado, and Alchris Galura, who each add color and texture to the story. Meanwhile, the theme song Mahal Naman Kita by Jaime Rivera adds an extra layer of kilig, making you feel the joy and warmth of being in love.

If you miss watching a natural, feel-good romantic comedy on the big screen, I Fell, It’s Fine is definitely a good catch. It’s a light yet meaningful film that reminds us that love, in any form, deserves to be seen and felt.

I Fell, It’s Fine is showing this Black Saturday, April 4, 2026, in cinemas.

My Verdict: 4/5
