Movie Review: Mandirigma

In the battlefield, everyone is a warrior. Warriors fight with everything they got knowing that in the fiercest of encounters, there is only one rule: they fight to live.

For such a compelling story, this should have been a more compelling film. An intense and suspenseful war movie with strong performances and a welcome unsentimental approach to show the dehumanizing side of war in its raw, unflinching details and that which makes us humans, like the bravery and mercy found in people in the worst of circumstances.
A movie that really showed a lot of promise. Mandirigma does have its moments. It has decent performances, cinematography and screenplay.

My Verdict: 3/5
