Kim, Paulo and JM Topbill New Prime Video Series "Linlang"

Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino, and JM de Guzman will be leading the new suspense-thriller series “Linlang,” produced by ABS-CBN and Dreamscape, which will be streaming exclusively on Prime Video starting October 5.

The series will revolve around boxer-turned-seaman Victor “Bangis” Lualhati (Paulo Avelino) in his quest of uncovering the truth behind his wife Juliana’s (Kim Chiu) infidelity. As Victor digs deeper, he discovers that there is more at play than just a cheating spouse and realizes that the woman he loved and married is not who she seems.

As he uncovers her darkest secrets, he's forced to confront his own demons and shortcomings, questioning his worth as a man and a husband.

Kim expressed her gratitude for being part of another ABS-CBN and Prime Video collaboration series again after “Fit Check: Confessions of an Ukay Queen.”

“Salamat sa tiwala and thank you [to Prime] for providing us a platform na maipalabas itong series na pinaghandaan talaga namin. Sobrang excited ako na mapanood siya worldwide,” Kim shared.

“It’s different. I tried to embody the role as much as I could. And considering that I’m not just a husband here but also a father, so it made it meatier on my part,” Paulo said about playing as a husband who’s been cheated on.

JM also shared his thoughts on “Linlang” being his first project under Dreamscape. “Alam kong marami akong matututunan and it’s an opportunity na mapakita ko ‘yung kaya kong gawin sa materyal na ino-offer nila,” he said.

Joining Kim, Paulo, and JM in this new Prime Video series are veteran actresses Maricel Soriano and Ruby Ruiz, and fast rising star Kaila Estrada.

Completing the stellar cast are Jaime Fabregas, Raymond Bagatsing, Albie Casiño, Jake Ejercito, Heaven Peralejo, Adrian Lindayag, Race Matias, Benj Manalo, Lovely Abella, Frenchie Dy, Ross Pesigan, Hanna Lexie, Juno Advincula, Connie Virtucio, Lotlot Bustamante, Meann Espinosa, Danny Ramos, Bart Guingona, Marc Mcmahon, Anji Salvacion, and Kice. The series is directed by FM Reyes and Jojo Saguin.

As Victor navigates the complicated world of love, betrayal, and redemption will he choose to fight for his marriage with Juliana or forge a new path on his own?
