Movie Review: Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam

Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam is about Tasha (Kim Molina), a woman diagnosed with Congenital Insensitivity to Pain. This condition makes her incapable of feeling pain – be it physical or emotional pain. And because of her condition, she also has no idea how love works. Until she meets Ngongo (Jerald Napoles), a man with cleft palate. Ngongo becomes an instrument who made Tasha feel again, especially the joys of love and pains of heartache. And together, they experience an adventure that they will never forget.

Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam is an enjoyable movie with sense and definitely touch your heart. It is cleverly done with unique concept and hilarious performance from Kim Molina & Jerald Napoles. It is a comedy film that does not rely on slapstick but heavily rely on the situation character and the premise. The film also tackles a different kind of decease and show us what it takes for person with disabilities to live in this world. Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam is another genre bending one of a kind film by Darryl Yap that continuously giving the audience something new in Filipino film. So if you want to laugh, cry and be in love at the same time, Ang Babaeng Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam is a good catch
